50ml of a great Aussie Gin

Large single piece of ice

Garnish - fresh eucalyptus leaf

HOW TO

Ideally use a Copa glass but a large wine glass is a great substitute at home.
Add the ice.
Pour the measure of Aussie Gin.
Pour your Waterhole Tonic using the marker on the back of the bottle to get 150mls.
