    HOW TO

    • Ideally use a Copa glass but a large wine glass is a great substitute at home.
    • Add the ice.
    • Pour the measure of Aussie Gin.
    • Pour your Waterhole Tonic using the marker on the back of the bottle to get 150mls.

    BOTANICAL TONIC & VODKA SLUSH

    MADE WITH

    • 1/2 cup boiling water
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugarWaterhole Botanical Tonic & Vodka Slush
    • 1/4 cup lemon aspen juice (or grapefruit juice)
    • 300ml Waterhole Botanical Tonic water 
    • 1/2 cup good vodka
    • lemon aspen fruits or grapefruit (for garnish, optional)

    HOW TO

    • In a medium bowl, whisk together the water and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
    • Stir in all remaining ingredients.
    • Pour into a 9x13" pan (metal is best).
    • Freeze for 30 minutes, and then scrape the entire mixture with a fork. Repeat 4 more times.
    • Serve with lemon aspen fruit or grapefruit twists.

    THE NEW AGE GRAPE GATSBY

    MADE WITH

    • 12 fresh red grapes
    • 1 barspoon of lime juice
    • 50 ml Aperol
    • 20 ml red vermouth
    • 20 ml verjuice
    • 40 ml fresh grapefruit juice
    • 2 dashes orange bitters
    • Waterhole Native Citrus Tonic
    • Ice
    • Garnish - fresh eucalyptus leaf

    HOW TO

    • In a cocktail shaker, place fresh grapes and lime juice.
    • Gently muddle to release all the grape juices.
    • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
    • Pour in Aperol, vermouth, verjuice, grapefruit juice, and bitters.
    • Shake very well and strain into a glass.

    MADE WITH

    • 30ml Vantage
    • 30ml zesty lemon tea syrup
    • 15ml lemon juice
    • Waterhole Native Botanical Tonic
    • Ice
    • Garnish - lemon and orange wheels - fresh and hydrated

       HOW TO

      • Add Vantage, lemon juice and ice to a cocktail shaker.
      • Shake well until the cocktail is well chilled.
      • Pour into cocktail glass.
      • Top up with the Native Botanical Tonic.
      • Garnish with citrus wheels.

      MADE WITH

      • 15ml butterfly pea infused gin (eg. Ink Gin) 
      • 15ml butterfly pea infused sugar syrup
      • 60ml Waterhole Signature Tonic
      • 45ml espresso (not plunger or instant)
      • Ice
      • Garnish - edible flower

      HOW TO

      • Place gin in a cocktail shaker with two cubes of ice.
      • In glass of choice, add clear ice and then pour the shaken cocktail.
      • Slowly pour tonic.
      • Pour espresso slowly - with a held breath.
      • Garnish with edible flower.
      • Sit back and enjoy!
